Something not right with your order? The team will gladly refund your order within 14 days of your purchase if there’s a mix-up with regards to physical items such as books.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, please email lois@cornerstonenz.co.nz (or lfawcett@crackingtheabccode.com) with your order number and we will advise the next steps.

Return mail and resend costs are the responsibility of the customer along with any restocking fees. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unfortunately, we do not exchange products that are not in their original condition or are on sale. Sale items are considered final. Please note any discounted packs are considered sale items.

There is also no refund or exchange on downloaded products, including licensed PDFs, and online workshops.

If there are difficulties downloading or printing pdfs or accessing the online workshops, contact needs to be made within 5 days of the purchase, by email to  lois@cornerstonenz.co.nz (or lfawcett@crackingtheabccode.com) giving details of the difficulties. All efforts will be made to help solve the problem.  However, if a solution cannot be found a refund may be considered.

If we believe that the refund policy is being abused we reserve the right to deny a refund.

OUR RETURNS POLICIES

We will accept item(s) provided they are returned as new with the original packaging, within 14 days of purchasing.

All items that are sent back should include your name, address and order number details. Unidentified parcels may not be refunded.

FAULTY GOODS

In case you receive an item with faulty printing, please email  lois@cornerstonenz.co.nz (or lfawcett@crackingtheabccode.com) within 7 days of receipt of item attaching a photograph of the defect.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds will be made to you when the returned item(s) are received by Cracking the ABC Code.  The refund will be credited via PayPal.

DUTIES ON RETURNS

Please note we are unable to refund delivery or import duties.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and our customer care team will advise if cancellation is available.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If your order cannot be cancelled your order will be processed as normal.

Please note that once an order has been shipped it is no longer possible for us to stop it
