Description
There is now quite a lot of research showing the value of brain breaks. The value of the following brain breaks lies in keeping them extremely short, so students have a chance to refocus without completely interrupting the flow of the lesson.
Laminate and then cut out the cards for either you or your students to randomly select. Instructions for how to do the activities are also provided.
